After three sell-out years, Fit Fest Sussex is back — and bigger and better than ever.

Set in the stunning East Sussex countryside at Hammonds Green Farm, Fit Fest is a full weekend of movement, community, and fun. Whether you're into pole fitness, aerial hoop, yoga, dance, or just want to try something completely new — there's something here for everyone.

Over three days you'll train with some of the best instructors in the industry, discover new disciplines, make new friends, and leave feeling inspired.

The studio is located on Hammonds Green Farm which is home to a lovely camp site Hammonds Green Farm Campsite. Our studio with 7 competition poles is located on site.

Our Aerial classes will be 2 people max per piece of equipment.

FAQs

  • We offer two class types: pre-bookable (to keep numbers manageable) and open, turn-up classes. When you buy a ticket, please book your 2 pre-bookable classes—spaces are first come, first served.

  • There are a few hotels and B&Bs in the area if you would like to enjoy everything we have to offer but stay offsite. Your ticket does include camping however we know that is not for everyone.

    We have the option of Bell Tents and 2 on site air B&Bs for ultimate convenience and comfort

  • We are staying super small for this bit. The studio has 7 poles and we will only have 2 students per pole. for Hoop we will have 3 people per hoop piece of aerial equipment

    We want to make sure we are offering the best value for money.

  • The Ugly Pizza company will be supplying wood fired Pizzas throughout the weekend. we also have wraps and salads

    Iced coffees, smoothies and hot drinks will be available

    In the evening we will have our bar open serving Pimms and cocktails

  • There is a Cockrel on site... He has a lot to say at 4am! I would suggest ear plugs.

    Yoga mat for your classes.

    Picnic blanket for lunches and chilling.

    We will have food onsite.

    We do ask that you do not bring BBQs and your tent pitch only includes a tent, there are no gazebos on site, there will be 40 people camping and although there is plenty of room for everyone we also ask that you don’t spread yourselves out too far!

    We only have a couple of slots for vans so if you are bringing a van please let us know.

  • We will be running bar tabs that you can settle at the end of the evening or we can do cash and card payments.

    Private lessons can be paid directly to your instructor on the day.

    a little pop up merch store will be with us too!! we hope to have a couple of other vendors with us too.

  • You can spread the cost of your ticket with us using the payment options "Pay in 3" or "Pay in 6". We will take an initial deposit, and the remaining balance must be paid by monthly standing order. Full details, terms and conditions will be provided at the time of booking.
